FAQ's

1. Does the express care take insurance?
Express care pay per visit does not accept health insurance for visits. If you normally use insurance to pay for your medications, you can do that with medication prescribed through the local pharmacy of your choice.

2. What happens if my provider can’t diagnose or treat my health issue through the visit?
If your provider can’t diagnose or treat your health issue through the visit platform, they may recommend that you see a primary care provider or a specialist for in-person care. If that happens, you will not be charged.

3. What conditions are not acceptable through Express Care?
If you have chest pain, shortness of breath, new onset acid reflux, fracture, injury requiring wound care, recent fall while on blood thinners, and neurological symptoms including speech changes, facial droop, memory changes, worsening headache and numbness/tingling
